Here is a summary of the bills that I have put forward so far in the 2014 session and their status:

HB14-1163 - Clarify Enterprise Zone Investment Tax Credit Cap

this bill clarifies a $750,000 cap on enterprise zone tax credits established in last year's HB 13-1142. The new bill states that tax credits to be carried forward from tax years before 2014 would be exempt from the $750,000 limit.

SB14-011-Colorado Energy Research Authority

The Colorado Renewable Energy Collaboratory is a research partnership between CU-Boulder, Colorado State University, Colorado School of Mines, and National Renewable Energy Laboratory. SB-011 would provide $2 million yearly for a period of five years, to be used for grants allowing qualifying energy research projects to apply for matching funds.

SB14--057-Continuation Enhanced Unemployment insurance

would extend the availability of enhanced unemployment benefits, which can be granted to unemployed individuals who are participating in approved job training programs. This program is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2014, and this bill would extend it until June 30, 2017.
